Career Highlights:

Hemlock, Terry

C’71

Terry was without a doubt one of the true early starts on the team.  He lead the squad in scoring during its first two seasons of play and served as the team Captain in his Senior year.  A clutch player, he scored big goals to win and tie games for the team. Unfortunately, complete stats were not available for the years in which he played, so his efforts on the ice can only be appreciated in part.  However, Terry is credited with scoring the very first goal in the history of organized ice hockey at St. Vincent and also scored the game winner in a stunning 1-0 upset of a powerful Gannon University team in which teammate Andy Labrasca stopped 60 shots.  He made the wrap around goal a trademark, and later came back to the college to play in an alumni match.

Text Box: 20 years later at the alumni game, Terry, in white throws a shot at the net while being held in check by Kevin DeFelice. The big question, was he still using the same gloves from his playing days?
